Dean Aldridge Speaking at Graduation

Although attendance at graduation is not mandatory, distance learners are invited to attend commencement exercises, which are performed each May in Macon, GA.

Graduation marks the culmination of your graduate experience within the MSTCO program. To ensure you are prepared for this exciting time, please review the following graduation requirements and procedures.

To be eligible to graduate with an MSTCO degree, you must complete at least 30 credit hours.

Additionally, all students must apply for graduation. To apply, please complete an Application for Graduation form along with the attached survey. The application must be filed with the Registrar's Office at least one term prior to the expected date of graduation.

Although distance learners are not required to attend commencement exercises, we encourage anyone who would like to participate to attend. Only those students who should complete all requirements for graduation by the end of spring semester are eligible to participate in the commencement ceremony. This requirement may include students to whom degrees have already been awarded during the current academic year.

For more information on graduation, please view the Engineering School Matriculation guidelines.
