Application Packet

Please submit all six of the items in the application packet to:

1. Application with fee.
2. Two official transcripts from all the schools you have attended.
3. TEOFL score, if required.
4. Two letters of recommendation, one from a former professor and one from a supervisor who is familiar with your work.
5. Letter of intent stating why you want to enroll in the program, your professional experience, and your readiness to participate in an online learning experience.
6. Current resume, detailing your work experience.
